emlix is the interface between the worldwide open source community, and our customers and partners. Our DNA has been shaped by this comprehensive thinking. The results are an open source company culture which has developed over the years and a successful open source business model. Both are based on a cross-border compentence, 25 years of experience, and especially the commitment and team spirit within emlix.

At emlix we are proud to have been there at the start, to help with forming this bit of technical history, and fully intend to continue doing so. The coming years will be exciting and challenging: with embedded Linux for safety-critical systems, completely new fields of application have opened up.
